Доброе утро! А с чего начинается ваш день? С теплой улыбки? Утренней пробежки? Бодрящего душа? Чашечки кофе?
Утро - это залог успешного дня! "Как встретишь утро, так и проведешь день", считают многие. Именно утром мы заряжаемся энергией и бодростью.
Я не могу представить свое идеальное УТРО (да и любое утро) без вкусной каши, свежих фруктов и чашечки чая/кофе! Breakfast - это ожидaние нового и насыщенного дня. Чем вдохновeнным и впeчатляющим ОН будет, тем интерeснее и продуктивнeе будет день!

We already discussed so many times that we should relax during the weekend and forget about calories and strict diets.
Thats why I offer you to try this best chocolate desert ever! Meet liquid inside chocolate fondant!!!!! It will take you only 15 mins to cook it))))
I believe that no one will die if we spoil our body sometimes!

I believe that weekends are created to spoil yourself with good time and tasty food! Diet is diet but lets keep it for Monday)))

How are you? Hope all of you are having an amazing Tuesday))
Do you like sometimes spend evening at home? Eat home made dinner and just enjoy your relaxing time after a hard working day? I love it!! So if you do as well, there is an idea for nice dinner at home. This idea is Chicken and Zucchini Pie! Not difficult, not long in preparations and cooking:up )
