Погода в Риге, да и в целом в Латвии в декабре была абсолютно неприличной - слякоть, ветер, дождь, +10 и постоянно серое небо. ..the new yer has passed us by about an hour and we have just completed our new year's eve celebration....it was fantastic...and yes, we (our family members) let off our own fire works display.
