Good afternoon Community!
How are you doing this weekend? How is it going?
I am very lazy today! I am spending my day here in Dukascopy but in the same time I am lying on the sofa in front of the TV and watching Fantomas with Louis de Funes!!!!!!! LOL

We already discussed so many times that we should relax during the weekend and forget about calories and strict diets.
Thats why I offer you to try this best chocolate desert ever! Meet liquid inside chocolate fondant!!!!! It will take you only 15 mins to cook it))))
I believe that no one will die if we spoil our body sometimes!
We need:
  • 100gr of dark chocolate
  • 60 -80gr of dark chocolate
  • 150gr of butter

I believe that weekends are created to spoil yourself with good time and tasty food! Diet is diet but lets keep it for Monday)))

Happy weekend my friends!
One more week is passed and we can relax and enjoy our time! I love weekends))) Especially when there is no winter anymore and there are much more options to spend free time! I always have big plans for weekend . Sometimes I am going out with friends and having fun. Other day I can spend in bed watching movie. Hope all of you enjoying the weekend and staying relaxed. I always say that weekends are for little sins))) We deserved to eat something tasty! So lets cook an apple pie and make this Sunday sin together!!))))
So we need:
For Pastry:
250 gr of flower
125 gr of icing sugar
2 egg yellows
125 gr of butter
For pie filling:
3 or 4 apples
1 egg
100 gr of apple puree
3 spoons of sour cream
1 spoon of sugar
For shining:
1 apple juice
1 orange juice
