Цели и задачи майского марафона.

Марафон начался , а я весь день проспала. Вечером все-таки заставила себя выйти в магазин, затарится продуктами.
Все дело в том, что остался месяц до лета и надо "подтянуть хвосты", но не для тех, кто живет на побережье. У нас пляжный сезон уже открыт и в мае можно только доводить до идеала начатое. Но о чем это я , расскажу о своем марафоне.

Думаю дело пойдет, когда я буду постоянно еду готовить "правильную")) Придется есть и ему. Это все вопрос времени, конечно. Ничего плохого в этом нет. Можно питаться правильно очень вкусно.

Вкусно перед тренировкой.

Готовлюсь к тренировке и решила написать 3 варианта приема пищи за 2 часа до начала ) .
Итак ,на тренировку нужны силы = углеводы .
Первое самое простое и быстрое в приготовлении овсянка на воде с фруктами летом и зимой с изюмом.
150 гр хлопьев залить водой довести до кипения добавить 50 гр фруктов , дать настоятся .
