Semper Augustus, tulips and Futures

Now here's a little story about Semper Augustus. You can check the facts on Wikipedia... Semper Augustus is the name the Dutch gave to one of the first tulips they took back to The Netherlands around the year 1550. In Latin Semper Augustus means Always August (the month of August was named after a Roman Emperor) wich of course implies that this flour is so beautiful that it seems like summer never ends.

Yes a murmuration is the collective noun . Like a flock of sheep or a herd of cows .A murder of crows . A gaggle of geese . A kindle of kittens haha.  YES  I'm that type of sad !! . LOL .

Thanks. Hope i'll remember that. I'll tell the starlings as well, cause i'm pretty sure they are not aware of the fact that they are a murmuration and not just a bunch of birds.

Discipline is the road to success

In my last blog about trading, i urged traders to ignore personal motives when opening a trade. This concerned emotions like greed, eagerness, fear or doubt. Ignore your feelings, do not feel! was the message.
In this blog it's getting even worse.

Leetching other people's hope

Contemplating on where the money i make by trading comes from, there is only one answer: Hope. I live of the hope of others. My trading has no effect on the hope of others, but they do provide me with money, loads of money.
Less than 5% of traders win structural and substantial at trading. I'm one of them. The other 95% or more is losing money. The broker is in between and can afford my profits because other people lose money.
