I CONSIDER MYSELF AS A SPORTY GIRL!!!!!
i can do 20. 3 seconds used for each squats down 1 sec, hold 1 sec in the middle than rest another sec before doing more.
THERE ARE SOME INSTRUCTIONS FROM ME

) this is strange Task I think, because I don't like to film "good things" I do everyday, publish them, saying "Look what I did" )
But I also see, yes it works also for others, it creates a wave of good actions. We already seen is as "Ice bucked challenge" become a trend.
I hope that doing some good things everyday and helping others, it wouldn't be so special, but will become Normal healthy habit
So in this case I think Dukascopy did it great! to make us not "spray cold…
