Currency Strength Meter - saga continues

Some time ago I posted an blog post about my working on Currency Strength Meter . The meter was based on rolling of cumulative sums of currency returns. While it seemed to be a good tool for discretionary traders and so it seemed to be a good idea for automation, but hundreds of hours of prototyping and back testing turned out it's competently useless for automation.
Hence I've come with another idea of currency strength which simply measure real-time slopes of currencies and checking when slope…

Thinking in Currency, not Currency Pairs for Forex

Over the years I've come to realize what is fundamental in
Forex. Yes, it's obvious, and what we lack is the Analysis Data
to guide us to the trade opportunities.
Move away from chart studies of Currency Pairs, and allow your
trading to be guided by fundamental Currency itself, and the
relative strengths over time. Analyze those trends, and make money !

Thinking in Currency Strengths Advanced Trading

After working for many years in Forex, I've discovered a completely new way to select Forex trades.
I call the method "Thinking in Currency" where advanced Currency Strength analytics shows us WHICH Currency Pairs to trade, and in what direction long/short.
Instead of first choosing a Symbol (or Currency Pair) we begin with Currency Strengths themselves to guide us to the most profitable Currency Pairs.
I am always interested to discuss or to help you with your trading signals.

Currency Strength OverBought and OverSold

One of the most interesting things I did in this
research was to develop an "overbought" or

Rather, it exposes a fundamental way in which Market
Maker "decouples" individual Currency Pairs from their
"fair value" in order to make them "tradable" somewhat
independently from their "expected value".
All Currency Strength meters determine strength for
XXX by observing all of the Currency Pairs which …

Currency Strength Trends for this Week

Here's what the week looked like in Currency Trends.
Currencies determine where Currency Pairs tend to move.
Often, extremes will "collapse" back into the middle, providing
good high probability trade opportunities.

OBOS Over Bought and Over Sold Forex conditions

The attached image shows how we Trade the OBOS
(Over Bought / Over Sold) conditions.
Because here we see an anticipated Breakout, BUT...
the Currency Pair GBP/NZD is Over Bought, then we
are selling this Break Out, with the prediction that it will
be a False Breakout due to the OverBot condition...

OBOS analyzes the "internals" of Currency Strength relationships, deriving an Actual Value versus a Fair Value for each Currency Pair.  The OB or OS condition MUST resolve itself in the near term, so it is a basis for scalping.
