CAD/JPY beyond to be in a bearish trend ,as show clearly the moving average of long period , is also in overbought as show the CCI oscillator .
Such set could cause a deep fall in the coming days , in this case the pair could find some support around 80.8 , my target for October

This is a bearish year for the CADJPY ( red candle) , it is down by 8 % from Jan and the moving average of long period well above the pair current level .
The future price action by the pair could follow the path provided by the Pitchfork 's channel ( see this chart ) with a correction that could reach the static support placed to 80.5 for Sept

In this moment the Canadian dollar is suffering cause by oil price and, considering the fundamental reasons on the backdrop of the oil plunge , place some orders vs the Cad shouldn't so stupid ( CADJPY or EURCAD in particular) . However in my view the main event this week on the currencies market will be the interest rate decision by TCMB ( Turkish central bank) that could cause a turmoil on the TRY .

The latest news came by the OPEC , about the easing of the oil production cut , after the complain of the US president , caused a deep correction in the oil's price (-4,6%) that hit also the CADJPY ( as you can see on this chart ) . This pair ( together the CADCHF) should continue to fall also in the next period because have an high correlation both with the oil's prices and stock market , that in this period don't shining .

The CADJPY , despite the last bounce , remained well below the moving average of long period . However the bounce caused an oversold situation in the short/medium term as show the CCI oscillator( 171)
At this point appear unavoidable ( in my view) a restart of the main bearish trend that , following the channel present on this chart , should reach the static support placed to 80,7 for July

El precio se encuentra cerca de la zona de resistencia FIbonacci en el 50% de la extensión bajista. Desde ese punto es probable que el precio empiece hacer un rango para preparase ha tener continuaciones bajista que es lo que espero.

El precio sigue escalando precio, donde esta empezando a reducir la velocida de subida y ahora debera subir más lento debido al peso que esta entrando con todas la ordenes que entran en el sentido corto. La idea es que el precio siga descendiendo otro tramo ya que en general estamos en tendencia bajista.

The CADJPY is well below the moving average of long period , as you can see on this chart , while the CCI oscillator showing an overbought situation caused by the last bounce
Such situation should cause a continuation of the main trend ( bearish) that in the coming period will remain ( in my view) within the bearish channel and will go down around to 79 for June

El precio ha superado de una forma clara el nivel de soporte. Al superarlo ha dejado una vela de tipo envolvente. Esta vela mientras no sea superada por arriba la probabilidad son continuaciones bajistas como mínimo hasta el siguiente nivel de soporte.
