I'm astonished of the strengthening of the financial market , the growing strenghtin the stock index and high yield currencies is inexplicable for me . What is the reason of similar optimism . The IMF have cut the outlook of global growth a couple of day ago and the SP500 answer is a rising by 14%. The same opec members are pessimistic about the freeze of oil production and the brent answer is a rising by 62%.
