The key to control them is to be patient and to focus on your goals,If you are determined on your goals, you can beat those bad habits and beat the market too.If you are insecure and have fear , stay our of the market, if you have greed and have powerful signal enter in the market.I always use 2 different systems to forecast the market.For me a good balance of Fear and Greed is the key of your state of mind in tradingif you can control them, you have found the Holy Grail
