There is a said in Spanish "All problems come together", I really dont know how to start. There are some motives why I have been trading bad: pressure to win the contest made me out of the zone, all the stress, poor sleep, eye problems... All that produced horror stores like the one I saw in the image, after 2 days of wanting to jump in the trend but not pushng the button and see what the results were, I was kinda angry, so I tried to short the market 2 times, ok no problem because it was with low SL, and I knew that the rtend will en up in a climatic action, but I decided to go short with no SL before that happen, look at the chart and see what happened.
