So, took me about 3 months to recover a 30 minutes craziness where I lost almost my whole contest account.
How did I do that?
The answer is really complex indeed. It was not only just 1 problem, a distraction or things like that....

Trading requires some abilities in order to be constantly profitable and these are not found in what we are used to in a standard environment. It's not certainly the attitude to do something more, or to calculate something better, or stuff like that.

In my case, it's the ability to do something less, and focus on what matters most.
Still lot of personal work to be done but if anything, I was able to be constantly profitable during a respectable period of time (3months), and now results starts to show even in my real accounts where I lost important money following stupid assumptions and behaving like a kid.

If there was not that loss, I would now have a dukat account worh 500K.

BUT

If there was not that loss, I would not have clearly recognized what was (is?) my main problem.
