Honestly, predictions are for smarter people. I trade the charts and predictions do not earn me money, yet. But I will try to give my 5 cents.
Technically the pair is bullish. It just broke a huge triangle and the role of thumbs, in this case, would give us a final target of 141. If this target has the fundamental power to be reached, no clue. I might imagine the price in September to be around 118. The area is very obvious on weekly TF.
