Привет! Уже весна и надо задуматься как мы будем виглядить летом
Я например начала правильно питаться, занимаюсь спортом, хожу на плавание. Что то после зимних праздников я набрала пару килограмм... Но усердно с ети борюсь.
У меня от природи фигура песочные часы но за ней надо тщательно смотреть... Иногда завидую тем девочкам которые едят и не набирают вес... Когда то я ела тоже все подряд ...
Итак я питаюсь от 3 до 5 розов на день как получается з них 2 раза легкий перекус, в основном ето ово…
