EUR/USD

EUR/USD In the daily chart, the pair is back below a bearish 20 SMA, and far below the 100 and 200 SMA, while technical indicators are back into negative territory, the Momentum heading firmly lower and the RSI actually decelerating, but anyway at 36. Overall, the pair is set to extend its decline to fresh 2018 lows, with the downward momentum losing potential on a recovery above 1.1715, the 23.6% retracement of the mentioned decline.

Dollar and Trump

May be the decline of dollar on Friday, the beginning to chain of declines the next week, where all the economic data was maybe not expected for most of us, and for the major reason, regardless of the economic data, trump polices
Trump policies will contribute mainly in dollar declines in the next period, in addition to indecision to raise the interest
So I see personal stay away trading dollar

Stochastic RSI 60' confirms retracing back into lower trend
risk/reward 2.8
must ENTRY 0.7581
TARGET maybe 0.7520
target is crossing point between lower line of descending channel and trend line
todays USD data/news should push USD up again

I Taken two trades on this pair, many confluences to say it will become bearish . Firstly I have a Bat Pattern that is retesting the d zone, as well as previous head and shoulders pattern after a bullish impulse leg indicating a reversal in the trend.
I Hope to see this trade play out, just need patience.

I have left an alert to watch and to asses the quality of the previous resistance line (Dotted line), I want to check if it tests it and gets back on the upside or break on the down side to set an entry.
Keep an eye if its breaks or tests in either the 0.50%/0.618% Fibonacci line for a close or to still hold unto the move.
