Over the next few weeks, the big question for the Bank of Japan, Nikkei, Japanese Yen and JGB traders is the amount of damage that the consumption tax hike had on the economy. One would naturally assume that after spending strongly in March in the lead up to the April 1 tax hike, demand would retreat aggressively in April and May. This possibility would deter business activity and investment as companies in Japan wait to see how much drag the tax had on the economy.

Taxes in UK

Here is one interesting fact - I was doing small investigation on amount of tax UK traders have to pay if they earn money with Forex trading by using Swiss banks. So my first point of contact was some community members who claimed themselves as experienced Live traders from UK.
I asked several of them and only one could actually explain how it works and what the tax rate is. Do you think they are not Live traders at all or just bad citizens who doesn't pay tax?

Trading is not allowed to individuals anywhere - you need to have a broker. However, the whole idea of you pulling the trigger whenever you feel like is actually - I give an order to my broker, my broker opens it, I tell him to close it for me, he closes it. Technically, it is legal. But if you try to explain it to someone, he will instantly say that you're breaking the law because you're trading by yourself. So many shades of gray... our Indians here on Dukascopy can tell you all about that.

thanks Jezz, I guess situation in UK is much worst, because one of main politicians recently called this problem with people not paying taxes or hiding incomes in offshore companies as MAIN problem in UK now, so they have developed really unfriendly scheme and if only you try to avoid this you will pay just ridiculous fines and can even go to jail!

it seems somebody out there doesn't have enough money to buy new 11th villa for himself on Maldives or something and therefore they are doing all this

Don't worry, offshore companies are attacked everywhere. It is not against the law, it is just un-patriotic. Who cares when it comes to profits?
Investigate - you need a bank with skilled professionals so they don't call the police when they see you. I did my homework here so to know (one of them told me that what I'm doing is illegal, the other just wired the money with no problems!?!?!?) . Then check the income - how and when the tax rate applies (Serbia - if you have around 20k EUR yearly income in total after tax deduction, including regular salary, you're bellow the extra tax radar).
