Good day to all my readers. A few days ago I made my lovely smoothie with а fresh strawberry and а frozen black currant.
Now I want to share my recipe (5 servings)
First of all I tell you about some measurement units I've used.

1 cup = a cup of 200 ml . Tbsp = tablespoon, tsp=teaspoon.
900 ml yoghurt culture or lactic ferment (1 % or non fat)
1 cup strawberry
1\2 cup frozen black currant
2 tbsp powdered sugar
0,5 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients and blend 2 minutes. If you want to make a smoothie sweeter you can add 1 banana.
It's perfect for late dinner.
