Hello, everyone! What I want to say, that it doesn't matter how close is summer, because I think that the real beautiful and young and even not young lady should try to look amazing always! There are many ways how to remain fit. We can go to gym every day, we can do latin or ballroom dances, we can swim or just do some basic movements at home... The main thing is that we should do anything and better if all the time) Of course we shouldn't forget that it is very important to eat good and healthy food and sleep 8 hours daily. Well, for me I decided to connect sport, joy and work. So my choice is a figure skating. With such a job I will always have a good body and also ice is very good for our skin. So usually figure skaters look much younger than they really are. Well, moreover I'm a choreographer and give my students jazz-classes too, so as you can see i always move. I strongly recommend everyone figure skating, classic choreography and dancing lessons as a hobby too, because it's always funny and believe me all your muscles will work! But please don't forget to sharp blades of your skates and controll that you tightened laces very strong in the ankle zone. Also it would be good if you warm up a little bit your body before skating.
