It is common that people say that my trust is broken and it happens. Trust can be lost by many ways, lies, rage, drug abuse or violence. Once it is lost, it is hard to put it back. Few by mistake, breaks the trust or sometimes it is broken intentionally. In both cases, two people feel hurt and sometimes pain is so deep, this wound never get healed.

I am not upset because you lied to me. But I am upset that from now on I can't believe you

If that happens even in life then I think there are ways we can rebuild trust again.

  1. Angry will make the things worse, because you would not be in position to hear what the other one has to say, and it will make them feel worse what they get. So there should be a sincere approach to work out the issues, or the wall will never come down.

  2. Talk about feeling what made you to do it, will may help it.

  3. When you are in relationships, married or it is friendship, be an open book. It helps other to understand more. Because finally, you have to think, what is more important, relationships or your privacy?

  4. Finally you have done above things, then take time to talk about what you wants, and which all things needed to move forward.
