I just want to share some thoughts about how to be - if you want to help someone with depression,
or feel depressed yourself.

I had friend,she worked on Saving Lives Phone, so she got many calls from people who were about to suicide,and feel depressed.
She helped them.
The main thing- never try to CHeer up, like your "buddy" friend. It doesn't help.
Those who feel depressed, they more feeling introvert, that extravert to show everything up..and talk about it.

They can talk about their problems, but never listen the reccomendations for solutions.
Or they mostly don't talk much about anything.

You should show that you care and they can trust on you. The main thing they need its support.

What to do,if yourself in depression??
and nobody else to help?
You feeling lonely, and that's all.
Even if you have family, and work, but your emotional feelings are - not fulfilled.
-The main step you should do, its understand what you like and want.. Because people more focused on negative at that time, they missed good moments.
Just think what you wish and like, and make first notes about it. ..
