Sunday afternoon I spent in the company of some businessmen from Germany regarding one business proposal. Since I do not know to speak German, and they do not know Croatian, neither Italian which is my second native language, we had to speak in English.
I was delighted with my knowledge of English. They commended me that I speak English very well. I have to admit I learned English in school and by reading books in English, especially books about trading in the forex market. Such books are not translated into Croatian. I was reading, I was studying, but I never used it English daily.
I really have a need to thank Dukascopy because on this Contest in which I participate I heavily improve my English. For 4-5 months I continuously communicate in English, and even I began to think in English, which is so great!
I'm not exaggerate, but really big THANK YOU to Dukascopy which forced me to communicate in English and to me because I ventured out to do all this without fear. It is my will!
I'm proud of myself because with small steps each day I making progress more and more. And the results are visible and tangible from day to day. And that's what it's worth and what counts!
