How is Wednesday going? Hope that very well!)))))) All people in the wold are eating sweets. This is irrefutable fact! For girls it is one of the way to rise up mood)) So what to do if you decided to do diet? Summer is coming and I am sure that most of girls have already started to get ready for warm season by doing sport and keeping diet :up)))) There is no way totally remove sugars from your life. We are doing a lot to look amazing and we deserve to feel good as well. What shall we do? The main point is to choose the right sweets.))
There are several types of sweets which are not bad for the body but, of course, in a small quantities:

  1. Marmalade!! Do you like it? I do!!! You can even do marmalade at home yourself and add less sugar and only brown. There are lots of receipts for it in google. Marmalade is full of pectin which is works as natural absorbent and reduce the level cholesterol. Besides, it contain no fats at all!
  2. Marshmallow. Made of apple puree +pectin and no fats as well. Sounds good? No?
  3. Honey. This product has as much calories as normal sugar has but it extremely useful for our body in general. Honey makes our metabolism better and therefore has straight influence on total look and condition of our health.
  4. Dark chocolate. This amazing sweet makes not only our daily mood but also makes the blood vessels much stronger! You can spoil yourself with chocolate every day just make sure that it is really dark! The higher percentage of cacao beens it has the better it is.
  5. Dry fruits. This kind of sweets is extremely useful for the body! It helps to clean our body from slags and toxins. Despite on dryness these fruits are still contain all vitamins and micro element which are so important for body.
You see you can even lose your weight with the pleasure.)))) The only thing you have to remember that among all products in the shops you have to choose products only with the high quality. Believe me cheap dark chocolate will be really disgusting and honey made of bad sugars. Take care of yourself and good luck with your diets!
