Hey Community))))

Hope your Monday was good and productive!

Have you ever heard the expression "Mental Chewing Gum"? I will explain you what is this.
Our brains are always working. Never stops. Even when we are relaxing we still thinking about something. It is almost impossible for modern people to switch off their thinking at least for five mins. However there are some techniques existing but about this topic I'm gonna write in another blog.

So when the person is free of work and having rest he/she has two options of thoughts:

1. Concerning some problems which are connected to his/her activity and it's solutions

2. About nothing. Dreamig and thats it. This kind of thoughts are creating a closed circle as can't be implemented to real life.

The second option is Mental chewing gum. It is very bad for our mind as sometimes such thougts can get an obssesion form and can lead us to total frustration, unfounded fears and feeling of anxiety. In some case there is can be a risc of going crazy(((((

How to fight this "Mental chewing gum"?

1. Try more often to switch your attention to different things.

2. Go for a walk and fresh your mind.

3. Start to feel yourself HERE and NOW.

4. Try to give up with it as with bad habbit.

You have to constantly watching yourself and trying to avoid such considerations. Always try to think about nice REAL things which are going on HERE and NOW. It much more better, believe me. And! Don't forget to stay positive))))

Cheers. J.
