As a Bangladeshi citizen you will need visa to enter Thailand, but you cannot apply for visa directly to the embassy, you must apply through one of their authorized travel agent. You just need to submit your visa application along with your passport, recent passport size photocopy, bank statement, bank solvency, NOC and visa fee and you will get your Thai visa within 12–15 days. You can reach Thailand from Bangladesh only by air, there is no possibility to reach Thailand by road from Bangladesh. Basically Royal Thai embassy prefer Thai airways but Bangladesh Biman offer cheapest far to Thailand.

You can stay during your trip with local residency, airbnb is the best way to find a room in local residency in Thailand, stay with local people your trip will be more easy and enjoyable.
