We travel because we need to, because distance and difference and variety of cultures, ways of living –is the mysterious key to creativity.
When we get home, home is still the same, but something in our minds has changed, and that change means a lot, sometimes it means everything.
Travelling for me is something like reading books. Its very significant part of my live. I am fond of traveling both with my friends and by myself. I read somewhere such a wise saying “if you want to know better your friends travel with them, if want to know better yourself travel on your own” I totally agree with it.
My last very special trip for me was the trip to Sri Lanka when i made a photo shoot of my summer collection. It was just a small project with one local sri Lankan designer of wedding dresses but is was very new and exciting experience for me. I regret only I didn’t take more time to enjoy real vacation and stay longer there. But Sri Lanka, its friendly people, unbelievably fabrics which I brought from there.
I am still thankful to all the people who were engaged in our project beginning from the hotel management where I stayed, especially to the director of the hotel who helped with plots for photoshoot, also brides who took part in our shooting and even taxi driver who stayed with us from 5 am to 23 pm.
Enjoy your life and travel as much a possible because all you have in this are emotions emotion, impressions memories and your value for live much more than ever before.
