To use this hidden power, you on the first step build a place in your mind (it can be anything from a palace with a thousand rooms, to a small house on the river bank), concentrate to this image (Details, as much as possible), and when you feel unwanted emotions (fear, anger, pride), mentally go to this place of safe, feel good, feel that protection and tranquility that gives your most important place and beautiful place in your mind.
