I wanna talk about some useless things in our life this evening, about some useless features of our character which can spoil our present, past and future...
Sometimes everything just goes wrong, sometimes everybody could feel the lack of strength, pessimism and depression.It could happen with everybody & every single day... no matter who you are.
Well, I just wanna share with you some advices which help me sometimes when I may have such kind of shit too( even I hit advices at all ) I may propose these very easy steps( like 1 step= 1 week of work about this skill for the better result)

Step 1 / Week 1:

Firstly, just let go of the need always to prove your innocence .We have so many of those who are under the threat of rupture of the excellent relations , causing pain and causing stress just can't embrace a different point of view. It 's not worth it at all .
