Thanks to my wonderful, gorgeous and beautiful mother, exactly 27 years ago on a rainy yet warm Wednesday morning I was born. "She's got long eyelashes!" - the midwife said for the first time, when giving me, all happy and snuggly, to my mother. Nobody knew back then that this little thing would grow into a ginger-haired girl who would have an unimaginable lust to travel, to experience, to challenge herself and others. That she would have such love for the sea, for writing and she would spend her days communicating with others.
Today I take a mental (and physical) day off from sports and enjoy my life to the fullest, and I strongly advice you to join my party, too. To celebrate My Day at work, I prepared a low-fat apple crust pie and energy balls with nuts and coconut for my colleagues.
Day 20 accomplished: having done sports for two consecutive days in a row (running + upper body day), today I ate a low-fat birthday pie with fresh apples (made by myself!) and enjoyed the day to the fullest
