As I wrote today for breakfast I took a coffee with 2 biscuits and after the exercises. Later, after the exercises I drunk 2 litres of water and did some yoga. And for breakfast it was a greek yogurt (as by Harvard university it's one of the great things to lose weight), salad with tomatoes and avocado and eggs and miso soup ( my favourite soup for lose weight as its light and vegetal).
For the dinner I think it will be tea and some spoons of blueberry jam and 2 other cookies. Its also not all as I will take a coffee for evening.
