Analysis

It is almost halfway to complete the marathon, it will be interesting to see what I have achieved so far and what needs to be corrected.

  • Cutting out alcohol, fast food, packaged juices, sausages and other products that include sodium glutamate- Packaged juices, sausages, deep fried products have completely eliminated from my food intake, decision worked well. Health-related factors may have had an additional reinforcing effect to make such sudden decision indeed
  • Drink an adequate amount of water- Started buying 2 l water so I can easily monitor the water intake now
  • Morning exercise - I still forget it someday if I am too busy, maybe thought like "gym offset the exercise" affecting it
  • Mediate daily- This one still on and off, unless I count deep thinking process as a meditation, so I have to pay attention to it.
  • Run at least 1 time a week- It is in good progress, running 3 times a week in the gym with the gym workout
  • Spend less time on the social network-It is greatly reduced but while I am sitting behind the screen, it is so tempting to spend time
  • Sleep 8-9 hours per day- this seems started working having a good sleep
  • Read a book- Good to see that my reading habit came back
