Sport
  • #morningexercises - 30 sit-ups;
  • #pullinstomach - 30 reps.;
  • #eyesexcercises - done using videos in day 7.
Food
  • #drinkwater - target 2 liters - done;
  • #non-carbonated drink- Milo (for breakfast) and lemongrass (for dinner). Post-phoning that green tea as it's pretty late in the evening now.
Lifestyle
  • #meditate - with prayers;
