- #morningexercises - 30 sit-ups;
- #pullinstomach - 30 reps.;
- #eyesexcercises - done using videos in day 7.
- #drinkwater - target 2 liters - done;
- #non-carbonated drink- Milo (for breakfast) and lemongrass (for dinner). Post-phoning that green tea as it's pretty late in the evening now.
- #meditate - with prayers;
