I’m wondering if they are a way to configure Dukascopy trading platform to send notification email when ever a pending order is trigged (opening a position) or an already open position is closed (TP or SL).

Hi,
1. In your JForex (desktop) platform click on "Services -> Notifications" menu item.
2. Check "Entry order executed", "BID/OFFER executed" and "SL/TP order executed".
3. Click "Save all settings" button.
