Dear Community managers;
Last 16th of May 2014, I've finished 4th in the Fundamental analysis Contest and within the same day I've received an email from Dukascopy with a link https://www.dukascopy.com/fxcomm/?page=winner informing me that I will be contacted within a week by an account manager in order to explain to me the procedure to open a live account and receive my prize.
Since I didn't get any info from the account manager, I've send him (the account manager that welcomed me when I've opened the demo account) an email asking for the procedure but I didn't get any feedback :-(
In the other hand I've received an email from the same account manager last 28th of May 2014 inviting me to attend a seminar in Madrid but no word about the processes to open a live account.
This is why I have some doubts and questions to share with you:
1- The account manager who welcomed me and invited me to the seminar and the one who will help me to open a live account are the same or different persons?
2- Can some one from the community managers help me in this issue since I haven't been contacted since 2 weeks when the average/normal is within a week.

It usually takes 2 weeks or maybe more. That depends on the number of applications they get everyday. Account manager can be same or different. However, community support pointed out the right thing. You can open it yourself as that would speed up your process. That's what I did inititally. it took me about two weeks to get my live account funded with contest prize money.

Excerpt from the latest version of contest rules:
"If Participant does not have a live account with Dukascopy, then he/she should proceed to the live account opening procedure in a regular way. If Participant does not comply with live account opening requirements, Dukascopy reserves the right to cancel the cash prize.
Cash prizes may be credited only to a live sub-account open with Dukascopy in the name of the relevant Participant.
LIVE accounts which are credited with prize money are considered LIVE Prize accounts. LIVE Prize accounts can be credited only with cash prize money. Clients are not allowed crediting their own funds on this type of account."
BTW, you can open a live account and deposit your contest prize money, even if it's less than minimum deposit requirement.
