In my Mavericks there is no "Gatekeeper",

but I found where to fix this:
Goto "System Preferences" then "Security & Privacy", THEN you my have to click the lock in the bottom left corner to unlock settings changes, THEN select Allow apps downloaded from: "Anywhere"
:)

On your system, go to Gatekeeper settings, and under "Allow apps downloaded from:" select "Anywhere".
