Can anybody tell me about how long usually takes it to get the contest prize credited to one's live account? I got 6th place in the May trader contest, but still I have not received it and have no clue on when I get it. Within a month or two, or within a year?
If your prize is not credited in three business days after contest results are published, send an email to contest@dukascopy.com and ask them to credit your prize.
Don't forget to provide your community username (nickname), a link to respective contest results and a brief explanation.
The prize will be credited to "My Finances" section of your community profile and you'll then transfer it to your live account.
