I have registered few day ago for Traders Contest and haven't get the e-mail too... Maybe it's just a technical problem.
If you don't get the email after you register for Trader Contest, don't worry.
You can always view your contest credentials on your profile:
1. Log to Dukascopy Community.
2. Go to your profile page: https://www.dukascopy.com/fxcomm/profile/
3. Click on the "Show Login" link in the "Trader" section of the "My Contests Accounts" portlet.
Please, write Your request to contest@dukascopy.com, specify Your Dukascopy community login and ask to send You contest credentials.
some time this is issues and bug sort of things.
