How can I withdraw my income from prize account? Every time I make my income bigger, I get information that it needs human intervention and money get transfered from my live acc (not the prize one) though without the extra commission for money exchanging.
Is there any limit on income withdrawal (not prize money, the income made on prize account from closed trades)?
To make it clear, I know there is a turnover needed to withdraw prize money, but I just wanted to transfer profit (not blocked sum) to one of my other accounts.
777DRAKON777 is right. You have to make the required turnover before you can withdraw and/or transfer your prizes and profits.
Excerpt from the most recent version of "Prizes and Awarding Rules":
1. The contest winners may withdraw their cash prizes and the profits generated from their cash prizes on their respective sub-accounts after meeting the minimum turnover requirement. The minimum turnover requirement constitutes 2.5 million USD for every 100 USD won in the contest.
2. Participants are allowed to withdraw funds in full only when there are no blocked prizes on the account. If there are both blocked and unblocked prizes, participants are only allowed to withdraw the sum of unblocked prizes. Profit can only be withdrawn when there are no blocked prizes on the account.

Нужно завершить все обороты, а после можно переводить деньги на другие счета! Что касается вывода средств, то они возможны, Если у вас есть разблокированная сумма. Даже если у вас есть другие блокированы суммы, вы можете вывести только ту что разблокирована. Так же ее можете перевести на другие свои счета!
