I just opened up a Dukascopy live account and I am trying to log in using the username given to me as well as my new password. It is not letting me access the account. The representative I spoke to said it was because I am using a Mac and I would need to wait for tech help as there is something I need to do on my mac to trade my live account.
I have had no problem on the JForex platform when I was trading a DEMO acct.
Can someone please give me the steps so I can login from my Mac.
When you log to a LIVE account, you have to enter your PIN code as well as your username and password (unless you use a static IP address and bypass PIN verification).
You receive your PIN code during LIVE account opening process.
