Every June 30th the world celebrates Social Media Day. Nowadays Internet penetrated deeply into our lives, being an important means of communication and source of information. News, memes, likes, shares, comments became sort of addiction to some people. Are you obsessed with social media? How often do you check updates on your mobile phone?
This week we challenge you to spend one day without social media. Read a book, go for a walk, watch a movie and use your phone only for calling. Share the results of such an experiment with us.
