Astro-Trading, does it work? (Financial Crisis Backtest)

When I came across astro-trading, thought to myself "What the...?", but my endeavor to research every possible way of trading.
Therefore, decided to conduct unbiased research on the subject.
With no prior knowledge, started a new chapter in my trading tools.
After grasping the concept, decided to do a backtest before applying it to markets, I selected financial crisis.
If Astro can predict market direction and timing, then it should at least do timing: the case with financial crisis, right?

To Rationalize my last statement, I would quote ECB's VASILIAUSKAS today @13:58 GMT

"Low oil price is the new reality, we should get used to, it PROVIDES BENEFITS TO GROWTH, AND CONSUMERS REAL INCOME; ECB should focus on Core Inflation".
This is the same case with Japan and USA : "Recessionary Gaps"

Update: The 10 Std lots closed @ profit of 35 pips. Brent is being pushed to a close below 30, currently @ 30.51. Re-entering @ 1556-1557 on heavy leverage based on Brent's performance

Here is the Log for the trade above the bulk of 10 StdLots @ 1552, the profit is ONLY 25 pips not 35 pips

I Rentered on 4 positions, 2 of them @ 1553 handle on HEAVY lots (20+10), price stayed in this region for 5 minutes during the entire hour, highlighted on the chart. Triple lower tops, operator is not bailing out buyers locked in at the top of the buying wave, confirming DISTRIBUTION. @ the 1553 a couple of 5p lots were pressed, this operator never used 5p since Friday, last week close. I infer its the BoC.
BRENT in the last 2 hours recovered from the 30.60 and currently 31.12 (+52 Cents). Recording 1665 Contracts, the highest hourly volume since 7 Jan.

USD/CHF: Maybe you're right, Franc is still a strong currency. But good ol' fake breakout may not be excluded.
GBP/AUD: I was thinking pullback to ~2.05 now that RBA is less dovish and BOE less hawkish. We'll see what happens after today's PBOC move.
EUR/NZD: Was stopped out, SL too tight. Looking to re-renter.

ForexSpeaker Glad so you find it. On TOS you can only ThinkScript,the language on TOS. ThinkScript has one pro and one. The pro is the its very very easy to learn,there I used it to create on the spot indicators (its called Studies on TOS) and  entry and exit signals (strategies). The con is you can use recursion (historical candles) only in the backtesting mode, you cannot deploy a strategy that uses recursion in LIVE mode.

ForexSpeaker Therefore, I only get the Pro of it by visualizing my trading logic, and then collect the pieces of logic on another.  Hope this answers your question

ForexSpeaker Am glad you are. My strategy is only possible with Genetics and Event-driven (functional)  programming, Genetics can be deployed on Java using JGAP, while Functional programming can be used in JAVA 8 Lambda expressions. This makes JAVA my ultimate choice, Dukascopy platforms are based on JAVA frameworks and they are on my top-10 tier 2 brokers, making them the ultimate choice for my algorithm trading, the reason am here in the first place.
