I am using priceaction, trendlines, horizontal support and pricechannels in this analysis.

Hope you all banked some pips.. as the pair dropped about 70 pips today. And tomorrow important GBP news to come. I am still bearish and don't expect that much of retracement. Get ready with your strategy and watch the news and price action! Good trading.

Retracement GBP/USD trade update 11-06-2014
The price retraced to my zone. You could have taken this ride for 40 pips. There was a 20 pips scalp which I point out. Also the trade idea you can take from here tomorrow. Wish you all good trading! Stay safe, watch your risk, monitor but don't overstress it, give the trade room to breath, adjust your trade size accordingly!

Difficult pair to forecast but here it is:
I see a range between 1.19251 and 1.249 it is a bottom set in by officials.
I see higher lows forming. Means momentum growing. Although its still in the range cause of scared ppl. (haha!)
Last week closed bullish, although below 200MA I believe there is still momentum upwards.
Reason: it hasn't hit 50 or 61.8 retracement yet from last move down.

let me give you my view for this week.
Bullish
Min: 1.02577
Max: 1.05870
Target: 1.04
The pair has got rid of the bears of the past months and is back in a range to decide the direction.
My view is more bullish.
The pair had a false break down on 18/19 september. SO view is now up.
Support has upsloping weekly trendline from 10 september and horizontal support at 1.02577.
Target is the next price exhaustion at 1.04 with possible spikes up to 1.043

Short term Bullish, Long term Bearish.
On weekly the pair has broken below the ranging it has done from oktober 2010.
So bearish pressure is on.
But on short term the pair seems to have chosen a smaller range of undicision.
This is between 0.92760 and 0.9530.
Cause of recent bullinesh I see a bounce up towards the 1.38.2 extension at 0.96243
Then drop back to 0.953 before deciding to go lower.
