My stop loss orders doesn't work

My stop loss orders doesn't work
I have placed two stop orders one for the USDJPY where i was short and i placed the stop loss order at 113.67 but when the pair rebounded the order did not worked. the price passed above my stop order without closing my position and still i can not close my position. The same happened and with a take profit order at EURUSD, i have the take profit order at 1.0597 but now the pair is trading higher and my position is stil open.
Do you have any idea what is happenin…

here is the order book on EUR/USD

Sellers 1.0635/45, stops mingled in and more above 1.0650 & 60, Sellers again 1.0700
Buyers 1.0600 down through 1.0550, stops under 1.0550

AS we can see in tgis lever we can get in and out with our position .. so just be careful with money management ..
