Gym and nutrition

Hey guys! Are you going to gym or no? Is it a necessary part of your lifestyle? Or maybe you just watch your food and do not think gym is a must? What you think, is it necessary to count calories of your food and have right nutrition?

Go away, autumn depression!

Cloudy skies, cold and misty evenings, falling colorful leaves - its autumn came. Time for coffee smell, pumpkin pie and cinnamon biscuits. Time to fall in love, create happiness, cuddle, and watch a nice movie together. Autumn has it own nice scent. Play the fall, decorate your autumn days with colors.
I usually enjoy the jazz music and painting. I read books, meditate, enjoy morning haze and day picnics, warming myself in some coffee houses.

Superpower! Sounds so magical! The one I'd like to have is healing ill people. To heal their physical and mental pain.
So many people nowadays have it. Very pity when you see someone struggling for the life, children and adults, and you cant do anything. If I had a superpower to heal with a move of the hand, I'd just be superhappy to heal all!

It depends on the family u were grown up. Depends on the family standards and values. So, every girl should have morals regardless of anything. Sometimes you can break the rules, depending on situation, but you should never forget about society around you. Not to make harm to anyone. As for me, I break the rules sometimes, I can try something new and something crazy I never did before, but only with one condition-if it doesnt hurt anyone. be good!

Red is a state of mind

Red is passion, whether its a lipstick or a dress or just some accessory. I try not to overdo with it though. If I wear a red dress I feel not necessary to put red lipstick. I try to wear it on some special events, not for every day.
