Beautiful Istanbul!

What is wrong with Dukascopy members from Latvia?

Dear friends,
I am in Dukascopy more than one year. I have talked with dukascopy members from different countries.
Unfortunately there were no single person from Latvia with whom I had friendly relation. Mostly talk in rude way, never help others.
Does anybody know why? What is the reason? Is it only me or you also got such impression ?
Please share your opinion, may be I am doing something wrong?

FXRabbit  i didn't want to make generalization,  and blame all  Latvians. But when I write to Latvians 1st they don't answer,  second  they write  "don't  write me again!",  You ask for support and  they say they won't"  or just block you  )

Okay my dear friend, I am glad to know that you are not generalizing all Latvians here. As for any issue with Live Account Support Chat, try to communicate more with your account manager since they have greater authority to deal with the issues that arise with our trades. As for the Community Support Chat, their channel is very limited to information only and most of the issues has to be forwarded to support@dukascopy.com. Overall, personally I find them very helpful, professional and kind but let us not forget that they are human beings like us and if we persist, then they have the right to..

They have the right to ignore us. Nonetheless, I find the people responsible for Support Chat , both on live and for the community, very very helpful and their customer service is excellent. We are lucky to have a place like Dukascopy community. ^_^ Let me know in private chat if you are having trouble with something serious and not being able to resolve it. I can share from my experience how to get it fixed.

Admiral Markets advertisement in google :D

Just search dukascopy in google and you will see this ad. Apparently they want to get dukascopy clients )
How legitimate is that? How trustworthy they can be with this? This made me think that they are unprofessional and unreliable! what is your opinion? May be Dukascopy team can do something about it?

CommunitySupport   it is not just keyword for search. They included dukascopy in their advertisement text.  "Dukascopy - Баланс до €10,000 - admiralmarkets.com‎"

It gets harder

Guys it gets hard to do what I wanted to do. I want to eat fast food very badly. Also want to smoke ))
In general i did not eat much fastfood and don't smoke a lot. But after several days without them and thinking that I don't want to eat and smoke makes me want to eat and smoke ))
How should I solve that?
