Maybe, maybe not- some people go as far as saying that most probably one of the large pharmaceutical companies has already discovered a curing drug, but it would not be profitable for them to sell it as other drugs are taken for a much longer period of time- another conspiracy theory?

Yes @WallStreet6....these pharmaceutical companies want to recover the money that they have already spent on R&D and so are keeping their newer drugs to be released in the future....plus, as you said, these newer drugs are much cheaper.
