Final Day of MARATHON !!

Hello members of community.. Today's my last day of the marathon contest.. It was fun performing, posting and telling daily tasks and challenges at the end of the day.. Day 19: Challenges and Report !!

Hi there dukascopy people !

Today was my 19th day of marathon contest.. Going to end soon, just two more days to go. Today was Friday and it was spent good..
Woke up and had some morning exercises and before that , started the day with drinking water. Water is beneficial if it is taken before breakfast.

Hello There respected community members !!

Heyy
15th day of the contest and yes its again the waaattteeerrrrrr dddaaaayyyyy !!!! Drank adequate amount of water today. Task Accomplished !!

Hope all peeps are doing well in their lives. Today was Sunday-The Lazy Day Of The Week. So, i have done exactly nothing special today, But I watched PSL 3 Final Today at home. Assalam_o_Alaikum Peeps !
It was my 10 th day of the challenge in the contest ..
So far its going good and i have been doing all the relative tasks of the contest..
Today i ate salad at lunch. I love salads especially the cucumber in salads ( IT's YUUMM )..

Hii,
Day 7 of the contest and end of weekend. Sunday is considered as a laziest day of the week.
Challenge for today is drink water, water !!
As always the day started with water. The major advantage of drinking water is that you will eat less, that's how it prevents obesity to some extent and also its keys to stay fit .

Day 5 Challenge: Salad Dressing !

Hey !
Today's Task for the contest was to dress salad with lemon or wine vinegar.
I personally like to eat salad with few drops of lemon and pinch of salt and black pepper.
Salads are part of our daily meals especially at lunch time and i usually make simple type of salad.. sharing its ingredients for you people. All the veges should be in raw form..
