21 DAY: GRATITUDE

We arrived at the end of the Marathon! WOW !! 21 incredible days! Days that were forever in memory, I discovered how good it felt to feel the energy of exercising every day, eating healthier! Everything around us changes, we begin to exercise seeing the world in another way!
After these 21 days this routine will be part of my life now, it has become a habit !!
My relationship with people has improved a lot, I feel more energetic and healthier !!

Come on! One day left!

One more workout to keep it off! I confess that I feel exhausted today ... we are on the final line of the finish line! Tomorrow is the big day to see if I lost weight! It was 20 intense days so far! The motivation was incredible because every day I knew I was accompanied by incredible friends in Dukascopy! My virtual friends with the same purpose! This has given me motivation to move on! Calorie burning continues

And the challenge continues! Today after feeling thinner I was able to walk a great distance !! 3.5KM !!! It was a really good day indeed!
As during the day my office took me a lot of time, by the end of the afternoon I did this excellent calorie burn !! I'm feeling fantastic!

Eating seafood

One more day of hard work today! Customer service started early in the morning and spread through the day!
But I was able to drink water throughout the day to hydrate myself and of course at lunch a beautiful dish of sea food.
It really is lighter and healthier if you eat seafood

Controlling Calories

In order to keep up with my diet I am making a check on the daily calorie intake through a mobile app.
With this app I can know how many calories each food has ingested and how many are missing to stay within my daily goal. This is super important!
I put a daily intake target of 1,500 calories, so I'll be able to achieve an interesting weekly weight loss.
On this eighth day of the marathon I feel a much bigger mood in my daily life! YEAHHHH come on!

Let's lose weight and work!

As I promised I turned my office into a place to burn calories while I'm working!
It is very good to feel sweaty and at the same time make money!
The thoughts become clearer, we can reason better! Higher amount of oxygen in the brain makes us more effective!

Weekend!! YEAHHHHHHH

Weekend is the best opportunity to devote to children! Spending more time with family !! But let's continue the marathon and take the kids together !!
Today I decided to enter the bush! Forest!! Make a trail !! Such an adventure !!

Third day! Only green! Like the Hulk

So that's it folks !! Third day and I start to feel hungry! But my lukewarm water with lemon has helped to take away my hunger
The food has been very green! Salads and fish !!!
Do you want to know who I met in the middle of my journey? HULK!!! I think I'm going to be muscular like him !!!! Well, if I do not get so strong like him, I'll at least get green from eating so much salad !!

Second day: Detoxify and alkalize

After a day of much meditation to be able to align my thoughts with my beginning to seek a better quality of life, I decided to take the second day of the marathon to detoxify and alkalize my body! As the Romans said: "Mens sana in corpore sano"
