Training routine

Hello y’all
in recent posts I believe I’ve wrote that sports are part of my lifestyle, maybe I’m changing, I might give it a rest, but I’ve never quit
it’s motivating, it’s refreshing, it’s healthy,
but most of all I like the chemistry!
i mean, in Menshealth magazine I guess it was, that I’ve read sports causing body to make some extra chemical elements which makes people who does sports, different than those who don’t, happier, wealthier,healthier, faster, motivated, mover, shaker& breaker!!

Sport some,every day!!

It’s about 2 months I’ve started Functional training instead of bodybuilding and stuff, and I kinda like it, it’s sorta mix of all the sports like, Yoga,aerobics,Pilates,... and full of stretching,
and also plank !
About today I could say i asked for this photo of me when I was doing plank, and I never had seen myself from another point of view, and all I could say is that maybe it looks like I’m doing nothing, but believe me it feels totally different from inside,and not easy !!
