You change me every day, i remind myselp how body exercises and other task are very important for me and i am very sure this is not for me only who would think like that but so many people, so i should give you a complement.

Some people asks themselves and wonder why they keep up with daily body exercises but they do not see changes
, eventually they decided to quit. That is never a solution and you should not do that.



Body exercise and body changes are very different senses although they might work together as one particular thing. Body changes does not involve exercises only. It is the condition that need your full control, your full focusing and your participation. You need to see changes only when you want some changes so you must keep up and acquire those changes.

How to control and acquire the changes 1. 1. Food control and management If you are really into changes of your body with exercises you need to manage your food. This mean the food you take must be in different type and with different nutrients 2. 2. Eating habits Eating is one of the dangerous thing affecting your change. You need to have a particular scheduler, you do not need to eat in every mi8nute you see food. 3. 3. Different exercise in different period of time You can not do the same thing every day. That’s a mistake. change your exercises, change on how you dedicate yourself to that kind of exercise and make sure you don't stop until you feel very tired. The maximum tiredness is equal to well going to affect your body and that is what is needed most.
